Christian Manning
Christian “Mac” Manning is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. Prior to coming to Brown University Mac served as the Program Manager for George Washington University’s Military & Veteran Services. Prior to George Washington Mac was the Veterans Liaison and Transfer Admissions Counselor at Stevenson University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Mac is currently completing a graduate degree in Leadership Development.

Becky Scheusner
Becky Scheusner is a Navy veteran and ‘18 Brown alum in Urban Studies. Prior to working at Brown, Becky worked in small business development for government contracting. Additionally, through her experience with the Military Spouse Professional Network Program and as the founder of the MHA Gap Initiative, Becky has worked with the military community on a variety of employment issues. As the OMAS program coordinator, Becky works to empower military affiliated students both personally and professionally at every stage of their academic journey and beyond the University.

Lily Johnson
Lily is a junior concentrating in Geology-Biology and Middle East Studies. She is a cadet in Army ROTC in the Patriot Battalion hosted at Providence College. Outside of academics, she is a competitive powerlifter and first responder/EMT with Brown EMS. She is also an undergraduate research assistant at the Center for International Health Research doing malaria vaccine research, and she is interested in pursuing a career in the medical or research field as a 2nd Lieutenant.

Jack Montgomery
Commissioning Programs Coordinator, Navy ROTC LiaisonJack is a sophomore in the Navy ROTC program. His hobbies include creative writing and playing rugby.

Jay O'Neill
OMAS Website AdminJay J. O’Neill is a United States Air Force veteran and a current undergraduate student concentrating in Electrical Engineering and East Asian Studies. During his enlistment, Jay was a Cryptologic Language Analyst and earned the position of Air Mission Supervisor. While at Brown, he has served on the board of the Resumed Undergraduate Student Association, lead as the Human Fuel Specialist on Brown Formula Racing, and presently contributes as the OMAS site administrator. His goals include pursuing a master’s degree in engineering, to learn French, and to get one of those dogs that looks like a mop. In his free time, Jay enjoys practicing guitar, memorizing Shakespeare, and analyzing film.

Jason Uilelea
Recruitment and Retention CoordinatorJason is a junior studying Medical Anthropology and plans to pursue medical school following his time at Brown. Jason served in the Army for 7 years as a line medic with 3BDE 3ID and then 3 years as a detailed recruiter in Corinth, MS. Jason enjoys exploring New England with his wife and two Aussiedoodles.

Andrew Woxland
Program AssistantAndy is a sophomore studying Design Engineering. Before starting school, he served in the US Navy for six years as a nuclear lab technician on submarines. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, disc golf, and exploring New England with his wife.
